Eliza Novick

Eliza Novick is Associate Director at Harvard Impact Labs, bringing over a decade of experience in program leadership, operations, and startup experience to the team. Previously, she served as Director at the Shah Family Foundation, where she led initiatives focused on public health, K–12 education, and food access in the Greater Boston area, applying her background in research and relationship management to drive impact. Eliza has held roles spanning project management, sales, and research, consistently advancing data-informed decision-making and collaborative problem solving. She holds a BA from the University of Vermont. Outside of work, Eliza enjoys knitting, indulging in reality TV, and spending time outside with her husband and daughter.
